Concert Penzance Orchestral Society

Terms:

  • No ticket sales at the door.
  • Maximum capacity 120 people.
  • Tickets are not refundable if the event takes place.
  • You do not need to bring a printed ticket.  Please register your name and phone number at the time of buying the ticket, so we can have a list to tick.
  • Doors open 30 minutes before the event.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the starting time, as we need to follow a covid-19 procedure to keep the building safe.
  • You will be required to wear a mask, to keep a certain distance from other people at the entrance, register your name and phone number on the track and trace form, and use sanitising gel.  In order to keep our building and congregation safe.
  • The bar will open 30 minutes before the event  (you are allowed to drink in the Church).  Give your order to the Steward, who will bring you your drink at your seat and take payment with a contactless device.
  • When a concert / event is live broadcasted and recorded, please speak to one of the Stewards if you don't want to give consent to appear on video.  The Steward will find you a seat outside the recording viewed area, before the start of the event.
  • Voluntary donations to the Church will be asked at the end of the Concert / event, as our expenses are very high to keep the church open.
