Looking for a venue for your event that has the right location, facilities and price? 
Buildings within the cluster can offer a variety of sizes for different purposes from a one to one counselling session, to a 350 seat concert venue.

Our sites have free WiFi.

Main Part of the Church

Concerts and Events in Main part of St Mary’s church  – £320 for 3 hours session, considering from Opening to Closing the doors to the audience.  Price includes Heating, Stage Lights, 3 paid Stewards, Ticketing System and Admin costs.

Hire Main Part of the Church for Rehearsals, Dancing Sessions, Training Sessions, Worship Services of other denominations.

£30 per hour at St. Mary’s, St Peter’s or St. John’s church.

Meeting Rooms

– Julyan Drew Music Room / Meeting Room at St. Mary’s or use of Narthex/Kitchen area for your meeting – £30 for a 2 hour session.
– At St. John’s Church Downstairs Meeting Room – £30 for a 2 hour session.

Paul Church Hall

The hall enjoys easy access with a large car park, disabled accessand disabled toilet.
The main hall is 54ft by 20ft and has a seated capacity of 100. Patiodoors lead out into Paul Quiet Garden.
There is a small meeting room, 13ft by 14ft off the first staircase landing, with a seated capacity of 8 – 10. There are two small sofas, low table and chairs.

The first floor room above the main hall is 40ft by 20ft, with a seated capacity of 50. It is carpeted, with tea/coffee making facilities.
A modular stage (maximum size 20ft by 12ft) can also be hired.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large electric cooking range, a commercial dishwasher and a large fridge.
The hire charge includes use of tables and chairs. 4ft x 4ft folding tables and stacking chairs are available upstairs, 2½ft x 6ft folding tables and upholstered chairs in the main hall.

Payment is required in advance.
Evening events should end no later than 11pm, considering local residents on leaving.
The hall should of course always be left as users would wish to find it.

Wedding receptions:

(full use of kitchen, all hall facilities and garden access) = £100 per session.
1 full day = £300,
2 full days = £600,
3 full days = £900, plus additional sessions as required.
Charges for a marquee, tent or gazebo in the Quiet Garden will be by agreement, dependent on size and length of time required.

  • 25% payable on booking, non-returnable if cancelled for reasons within the control of the couple. In addition, a returnable deposit of £100 to cover damage or misuse will also be charged.
