WINTER WELL BEING PROGRAMME

 2020

 

A programme of free classes and activities starting 12th October at St Mary’s Church, Chapel Street, Penzance TR18 4AP.    Bookings must be made in advance by phoning or texting 07795 936257.

Track and trace details will be needed.   Please wear masks except when doing yoga and other physical activities when you will be two metres apart.

Please note that all classes are taken at your own risk.   The group leaders are offering their time and experience and are not registered instructors.

Yoga participants please bring your own mat.    Other exercise classes will not involve floor work, please wear gym shoes or trainers.

Where refreshments are offered after activities, these will be served café style at tables.    A voluntary donation is welcome, preferably by card.
