We aim to create a haven of tranquillity on the edge of the conurbation. It will provide the first of our  “spaces in between” settings in which to develop, in a natural environment,  a more earthed spirituality.

This will be achieved by:

  • Constructing  an adaptable  all weather shelter  making  the facility useable at all times. Sometimes it will be a space for personal reflection; other times, a space for group worship, mindfulness and reflection. It will also be developed as a space for landmark events in people’s lives such as naming ceremonies, anniversary remembrances .
  • Creating a multi sensory garden  surrounding the all weather shelter to enhance spirituality.  Reflecting on green issues with both adults and young people will provide an outside Christian study space.

The Garden is near the Church of St Pol de Leon, Paul, Penzance TR19 6TY.
Garden and Church are open, dawn to dusk
